Visit the Armstrong Campus of Georgia Southern

Campus visits are offered daily at the Armstrong Campus, Monday through Friday.

During your visit, you will meet with an Admissions Counselor and take a walking tour of campus with a current student. The visit will last approximately an hour and a half.

We offer an information session and campus tour on select Saturdays throughout the year at 10 a.m.

• Location: Guided walking tours will begin at the Admissions Welcome Center located in Victor Hall with a welcome session conducted by professional staff from the Office of Admissions. After the session, a Southern Ambassador will show you our campus and the freshman residence hall.
• Parking: A link to complete a visitor’s parking pass will be sent to you the day prior to your visit. Please park in any visitor spot and be sure your parking pass is visible on your car dashboard.
• Special Accommodations: Visitors with disabilities requiring special accommodations should notify our office at least one week in advance.

Transfer Visits

These events are geared toward students looking to transfer to Georgia Southern from another college or university.

Our Transfer and Adult Admissions team hosts informative virtual sessions during your lunch hour! We will provide an overview of our 3 campuses and online programs, discuss support services, and review the admission process and requirements. Additionally, if you have previously attended any other colleges, we will review how to determine if your credits may be transferable! Our team also hosts in-person workshops or online webinars. Topics include EGSC transfer information meetings to hands-on application workshops. Transfer students are welcome to register for a daily campus tour but please note the presentation is focused on freshmen. Pre-registration is requested.
