On Saturday, April 27, 2024, we’re hosting an Accepted Student Celebration at the Statesboro Campus, and you’re invited!
This event will be held at the Allen E. Paulson Football Stadium, and we can’t wait to celebrate your arrival to Eagle Nation!
Connect with current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other admitted students like yourself. You may even meet your future roommate! There will be lots of giveaways, a Georgia Southern photo booth, games, food trucks and maybe even a special guest or two.

Scholarships Available on April 27!
We are excited to announce that we will be awarding THIRTY scholarships* during our Destination: Eagle Nation Admitted Student Celebration on April 27.
To be considered for one of these scholarships, you must register for the event by next Friday, April 19, and attend the celebration on Saturday, April 27, to be eligible to receive the scholarship.
These scholarships, up to 25% off tuition, are up for grabs:
- $1750 (10)
- $1000 (10)
- $500 (10)
We will announce the winners during our Destination: Eagle Nation welcome session. We look forward to seeing you at Paulson Stadium!
*This scholarship opportunity is ONLY for undergraduates. Please note that these scholarships are non-transferable and only valid for students enrolling at Georgia Southern University. They will be disbursed directly into your Georgia Southern University student account before the start of your first semester.
