Eagle Preview

Eagle Preview – Open House

Prospective and admitted students are invited to join the Office of Admissions for our open house events on- and off-campus. As our most comprehensive event, Eagle Preview gives students the opportunity to talk one-on-one with representatives from our academic colleges and student services departments, and the Office of Admissions.

At the on-campus Eagle Preview open house events, numerous break-out sessions are offered on a wide variety of topics including Admissions, Housing, Financial Aid, Leadership and Community Engagement, and more! Tours of our residence halls, fitness center, and campus are also offered as part of the event. The on-campus Eagle Preview open house events are offered on all three campuses in Statesboro, Savannah, and Hinesville, in the fall and spring.

The off-campus Eagle Previews are a great way to meet with representatives from academic colleges and student services departments prior to visiting campus. During this two-hour “drop-in” style event, students and their guests can speak with faculty, staff, and students to learn more about all aspects of Georgia Southern. Imagine a college fair, but every table is from an area of Georgia Southern. The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with an official welcome at 7:00 p.m., featuring the Director of Admissions and a current student leader.
