Weekly Visits | Liberty Campus

Visit the Liberty Campus of Georgia Southern

Tours of our Liberty Campus are offered each Tuesday at 4:00 PM. Please select from an available date on our Campus Tour calendar. If possible, please allow 24 hours advance notice, so we can properly prepare for your visit.

• Location: Check-in at the front desk in the lobby.
• Parking: Please park in any spot not reserved.
• Special Accommodations: Visitors with disabilities requiring special accommodations should notify our office at least one week in advance.

Transfer Tuesdays

These visits are geared toward students looking to transfer to Georgia Southern from another college or university.

Transfer Tuesdays are offered on the Liberty Campus in Hinesville on select Tuesdays throughout the year from 6-7 p.m. You will meet with a member of our admissions recruitment team for an informative presentation about the university and the transfer admissions process. Afterward, they will lead you on a building tour, followed by the option to meet one-on-one with an Admissions Counselor, apply for admission, or complete your next steps. Transfer Tuesdays are different from SOAR (orientation). You will not meet with an advisor to discuss class placement, credit, or selection during these visits. Transfer students are welcome to register for a weekly campus visit but please note the presentation is focused on freshmen. Pre-registration is requested.

Online Information Sessions

If you can’t make it to campus, we offer weekly live virtual events. Register for an upcoming event here! After you register, we will email you a link to log into the event.

Saturday Info Session & Building Tour

Prospective students are invited to attend an information session and building tour on select Saturdays. You will meet with an admissions representative for an informative presentation about the university and a presentation by a Financial Aid representative. Afterward, the admissions representative will provide a tour of the building.

9:45 – 10:00 a.m.: Check-in

10:00 – 10:40 a.m.: Presentation

10:40 – 11:00 a.m.: Tour
