Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages
In addition to Spanish, Georgia Southern University’s Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages can be acquired with a concentration in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, or Latin.
Online Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies
Georgia Southern University provides the opportunity to achieve your goal of earning your college diploma with its fully online Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree. The program is perfect for transfer students, full-time professionals, stay-at-home parents who want to go back to school or others who just want the convenience that a fully online degree program offers you.
This multi-disciplinary, flexible degree offers a well-rounded education that prepares graduates for a variety of careers and graduate programs. An established and respected roster of academic advisors and faculty mentors provide ongoing assistance throughout your education. This program provides the opportunity to structure your degree to meet your individual and professional goals by building a degree program which includes three Areas of Study.

Bachelor of Information Technology Online
Information Technology is changing our world including how we live, work, learn and play. A wide range of employment opportunities in Information Technology exist because it is required for most companies to be competitive or even to exist in today’s markets.
The BIT online program is designed for people seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, but whose lifestyles make it difficult to attend traditional classes on campus. This program lets you continue your current job while pursing the degree which will provide countless opportunities.
The program is essentially the final two years of a Bachelor degree, only the IT major courses, with the assumption the general education curriculum has been completed. If you have not completed the general education curriculum, or are close, you will need to do so before starting this program. This program is also popular for students who have a Bachelor’s degree in another area of study.
Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology
With Georgia Southern University’s Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology, you’ll receive focused training in the fundamentals of the American criminal justice system, legal processes from arrest through appeal, investigative procedures, and the factors leading to criminal behavior. You’ll build an invaluable foundation of knowledge of crime, including victimology, juvenile justice, gang-related crimes, drugs and society, violence and issues in homeland security.
Online RN to BSN
Our online RN-BSN Program is designed exclusively for individuals who are currently Registered Nurses who wish to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and achieve professional advancement and personal enrichment. Our affordable, flexible, and individualized program means you can enroll part-time or full-time with faculty led courses. The RN-BSN Program at Georgia Southern University is approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing and accredited by the CCNE. The online program and course objectives are identical to those for conventional classroom teaching; however, instructional methods that fit the requirements of online education are employed within the courses. Both synchronous (live, real-time) and asynchronous (on your own, not live) formats are used. Most of the course work is asynchronous but live sessions are scheduled in selected online courses. There are typically alternative assignments to the live sessions available as necessary.
